One Year 28 Weeks

We are once again volunteering in an Oregon State Park. This time we are camp hosts at Stub Stewart State Park about 30 miles outside of Portland, OR in the coast range. This will be a period of intense exercise. The park road is about 2 miles with 300 ft of elevation gain. The park trail system has over 18 miles of well marked trails. We intend to hike all of them before our month is over. In addition the Banks to Vernonia State Trail comes through the park. This is a 21 mile long paved multi-use trail. That we will ride periodically. Medications are the same. I am still taking Pramipexole, 0.25 mg; Carbodopa/Levodopa 25-100mg; and Azilect, 1mg. I am experimenting with a once a week massive dose of Vitamin D3, 50,000 iu. I have an appointment with my regular physician soon and will request a blood test to see if my vitamin D levels have moved beyond barely adequate.
