One year 22 weeks
No change in meds. same as one year 19 weeks.
On Sept 1 my family will cross into Victoria, BC and start a 12 day cruise on a 40 foot sail boat. We have done this several times before. It is part of my "Living Life to the Fullest," pledge. I am stable on my meds and don't anticipate any problems as long as I keep on schedule.
My schedule is as follows:
06:45 I take the Sinamet and Pramapexole
11:30 I take Sinamet and Azilect
17:00 I take Sinamet and Pramapexole
22:00 I take Pramapexole
I generally get the sleepies after the 11:30 dose and sometimes take a nap at that time. I am still driving the motor home and that 11:30 to lunch time period is the most difficult. I either take a nap or load up on cola with caffeine. These days consuming carbonated beverages leads to extreme flatulence, so I save that cure for only those days that require driving later in the day. My preferred solution is to limit the drive time to 130 miles or so, and be done by 11:30, or start after lunch.
