One Year

My Dear Paul,
It is really hard to believe that it has been a year since you were taken from me and our children. It has been a really rough year, a year of first, a year of learning so many things and most of all, a year of learning to live life without you. I have gone through, what I feel, as every emotion possible. The biggest question, I still have, is WHY?..why you were taken from me so soon after we just started our life together, I feel that we were cheated. I still hurt so badly, I so wish I would wake from this nightmare that I am in.
I was and still am the luckest woman in the world to have you to love and care for me. It was the first time in my life that someone, besides Sarah, that made me feel like I was worthy of being loved, wanted and cared for.
You are and will always be a part of my life, no matter what the future holds for me. You will always be with me. You still are a part of alot of my decisions. One of the biggest decisions has been my decision to go back to school after losing you. You were so excited, when you first found out I had always wanted to go back to school. I believe it is still so important to you, that I continue my education, even though you are no longer with me physically. I want so much, for you to be proud of me, in everything I do.
I will always love you, my love. You are my heavenly angel.

Karen,

I\'m so glad you have been able to continue the dreams Paul had for you. You had more inner strength that what you guessed. Being loved by someone and returning that love is as close to heaven as we can get here on earth. Blessings. TJ

Hi Karen,
I\'m sorry about your anniversary. It sounds like Paul was indeed a special man; how lovely that you got to share your dream of going back to school with him and to get his endorsement. The day you receive your degree he will be right there with you! Hugs, Amy

Dear Karen, I think you are doing exactly as Paul would have wanted....to go on with your life. School is a perfect place to thrive. I wish you the best in your pursuits.

Love, Linda
