One of those days

I've been up, I've been down, I've been all around. I've reached out for help. I'd like a cup of tea and a hug, but these services are helping right now. Feeling like though I have these troubles I'm able to take care of myself in this environment. It's not easy but I e got important and vital support. Thanks!!!

Extra notes:

It’s so important to keep the feedback that comes from outside me ‘in check’ but sometimes it is hard to keep it from coloring my outlook about myself and in general my thoughts. I can do it though.
Thanks for being there friends.

I ask myself ‘what do I want?’ And then think ‘then you’re going having to the things that will get that’

I’m on my way to serve at altar. My last therapist was right. I can figure it out but I can’t sustain it. Just kind of depressed that I am stuck like this as me.

I’m going to exercise today after morning meal. A step in a good direction.

I need to get physical and exercise my body. My Dad urges me along this path. it’s crucial to my mental health as well he said. Being in touch with my physicality like this though changes my relationship to the present moment with the monastics. As I was serving I was thinking about all this and it seems we’re all battling the relationship between our mind and body.. it’s a crazy thing to write but I’m feeling it and I’m feeling fluid about it and just keenly aware of it in other people. The awareness brings peace and understanding and perspective on the fly! Journey on!

I think plain old anxiety and kicking my butt into gear is what’s needed. The anxiety makes me
feel illegitimate to me, as in everyone else has a grand plan and is organized. It’s really just about taking one step forward and then another and sticking on project.
