One more pound released!

Today is my weigh in day and I released 1 more pound over the Thanksgiving Holidays.  Yay!  Feeling good with no anxiety.  The weather is bitter cold today though.  I'm missing seeing sunshine.  They are predicting snow and rain this weekend so it doesn't sound promising that I will see any this weekend either.  Monday thru Thursday I work long days so I can work only a couple of hours on Friday.  That means though, that I get here before the sun comes up and go home after it has gone down during the winter months. 
That being said, no matter what happens it can still be a good day.  I may not have sunshine; but I have a great job, a wonderful husband, great friends and family.  Today is a good day.    Linda
