One after another

So on Tuesday February the 6th I had my 2 month follow up with Dr. Swann. He said I was healing fine and said I could finally take off the hard neck brace and just stay in the soft one. I asked about the pain I was still experiencing and he said it takes 9 to 12 months for the nerves to completely heal. He said I should continue to use the bone growth stimulator and not put not head back. I had a bad day yesterday which is flowing into today. It's about 4:30 am and my head and lower back are still hurting. It was so bad yesterday I forgot to put on my stimulator this will be twice since I got it. I'm going to take some meds and hopefully go back to sleep.
