on the upturn!!
so.. i have been doing fantastic... i have been eating 3 meals a day, plus snacks, and having foods which i want like chocolate cake and what not. all together i have put on 10lb.. but i feel great for it.. my eyes have their colour back, my cheeks are back to having red patches and i feel generally happy in myself! i have now been eating what i wish for 16 days and my weight has maintained at 7stone 12lb.... all my family think i look great now and to be honest these positive compliments are great for making me stay on track.. A few months ago i didnt think anything like this was possible but now this has shown how things can change. so hang in there guys and you will get there love love loveeeee Felicity xxx
