On hold all morning, ERR Mon Jan 18, 2016 11 a.m.

I Have been on hold at the dental clinic for over 2 hours now. I really hate that creepy music they play. This is the color that is in my brain. Can't hang up been on hold for so long, was supposedly the sixed caller about 2 hours ago, now it's just that horrible music that makes me nervous anyway. They are delivering my med's today early supposedly also. SO COLD OUT. i am not going anywhere today. The government offices i had to call today are of course not opened which is great. I remember when this day was NOT a holiday, glad they changed that. talking snow tonight. Yuck. Oh this music is driving me crazier than i already am. OK hanging on the forever hold. Need to get a hold of my s. worker but she is off today. the offices are closed. Landline is loosing power, that's just great and figures. Thought if i started a journal, they would answer, but no. It is driving me crazy. OK this is bullshit. They seriously need to change there tune. My phone is over half dead, not good. ERRRR!!!!!!!! More later if i ever get a hold of them. This is rediculas now...
