omg confused and in shock

I've read and heard about many people who have experienced really bizarre things during their life. Things like seeing spirits. To get to the point. I never ever ever would have thought I would be the one to witness something for myself. I have always been interested in the paranormal world etc I have always believed in ghosts, but when I'd heard of people experiencing things for themselves I wasjust unsure as to what to believe.But last night was really strange. I woke up at about the back of 5am, something told me to wake up and turn round. I know this must sound absolutely CRAZY but I am not kidding. I am still rreally shaken up. I woke up and turned round and saw something. I feel a bit stupid writing this down now when I think of it.  I know a lot of people will put it down to conisidence (sp) or that I was dreaming or hallucinating or whatever else the reason. But I was awake. I was very much awake! Its really hard to explain. But I SAW something. I woke up and looked directly at them but I was in so much shock and quite scared actually that I pulled the covers above my head and reached for my phone to text a friend about it. I was so awake. I couldn't have been dreaming! Something told me to wake up and turn round and that I did and I saw something there infront of me. Why was I so scared though if its what I've always wanted! :S I know I saw them I was awake and I had reached for my phone to text my friend at that time in the morning aswell, I just didn't know what else to do.I'm really sorry if all of this sounds crazy but I feel that it really was something.
