OMG another brother frustrating phonle call

So my brother calls withmy sister int he hospital so she cna say hello. All good, I guess tho I 'm going to go see her later so I don't know why they hae to cal and bother me. Anyway...

Nomore than two minutes later he calls again and says,

Keith- "Didn't you hear me?"

Me- "Yes, you said good bye." I thought maybe I had hung up afte we said goodbye and he was still syaing something.

Keith- "No, I just called you. did you hear me?"

Me- "You just called me. I'm talking to you."

Keith- " I called you before." 

Me- "No you didn't. You must have called a worng number."

Keith- " No, I didn't. I called your number." 

Frustrated now. 

Me- " I don't know what you are talking about. You called me and I talked to Lisa, and you called me now asking if I got your call."

Keith- "Well, my phone is shit and it doesn't connect sometimes." 

My voice now rising because of this idiotic phone call.

Me- "Well how am I suppsoed to know that?" 

Keith- "I didn't call to argue with you. My phone sometimes doesn't work." 

Me- " So it is somehow my fault that I didn't answer the phone, when the phone didn't even call me?!" 

At this point I stopped listening to him as he siad something else, just waited for him to finihs, then hesitated a few seconds and said, "Bye." and hung up.

He called again while I was typing this, and, I guess, told me what he was wanting to tell me in the first place. It was fine, no problems with this call. He seemed to have gottencontrol of himself, or realized wht he was doing. If he had told me what he wanted to before instead of tyring to accuse me of not answering his call, I wouldn't have been stressed out. He has on consideratoin for others' feeligns, only his own. He felt like I had ignored his call or something, and so had to call me on it. 

This is the typical shit I have to go thru with him every once in a while, maybe once a month, tho since my sister has been in the hospital, it has become a nearly every other day isntance.
