I am sorry I have not journaled in a while, but I have some time free now so I thought I would try to fill you in on whats been going on. I still feel pretty depressed and I am on seroquel XR 800mg. I have been so busy with school and now work, things are getting a little more stressful. I feel like I don't have any time anymore.
I am thinking of having this new treatment. It would be an IV delivered drug and I would go on it and forget everything that happened during the procedure. But this is supposed to be a great way to eliminate depression. But, it is mostly used in acute depression cases.
I am really depressed and I don't know what to do about it. I don't want to crash, but I want to cry all of the time. I don't know how to escape all of this. I feel exhausted, both mentally and physically. I don't know what to do. I want to tell my doctor, but I am afraid that she will take me off of drugs that are helping but have a sedative factor or side-effect. I have to go to work at 12:30 and I just want to lay out on the couch and stay there all day until it is bed time. I don't know where I am going to get the energy to be a more productive me. I need to fake who I am during work and school and that in itself is completely exhausting. My body hurts, my neck is sore and I have a headache I need to take some immature for. I don't know what to say anymore, but I know that there is more to say. Well I just took a couple pills for my headache.
I am really anxious about this job. When I go in there am I performing the best way possible? I am I doing the right things, how can I improve in what needs improving? I shouldn't worry about these things because I've heard that nearly no one gets fired unless something very bad happens.
I need to keep breathing and keep going. I think that I am stronger and better than this, but over the years I have not been able to control my emotions. I am so tired, I need to take a shower and drink an energy drink.
Goodnight moon.
