Okay, so what\'s my problem?

So Iv'e been a member of the Rocky mountain spotted fever support group and there are never any peeps in there posting. So I posted something in there tonight and got some messages from some nice people and joined some more groups and found out some more stuff like that I have autonomic neuropathy. More to add to my grocery list of ailments. my questions is where did all this start? what caused what? how do I fix it? am I on the right meds, seeing the right doctors? Maybe an LLMD isnt the right doc for me. Maybe a neuro with a wide open mind would be a better choice? It seems silly to take my one body to 3,000 doctors, isnt there one who can treat the whole me? or at the very least manage my case so everything can be done correctly? where do I find this person? and how? I'm at a loss and I feel as if I need to start over, but where, and how? I know Im not making any progress. so what now?
