ok

ok so today I am practicing 'social distancing'...but find I finally feel like I am in good company

with everyone else, since this has been the way I've lived for a long time now. It's funny in a way - though

the emergency is not.

I've done a bunch of fun things today and now I find myself looking up things like "What happened this day in History"

"Whose religious 'Name Day' is it?"

I also find that I am starting to think about the upcoming holidays (Easter and July 4th) and birthdays and wedding.

Organization is coming up - I've eaten my breakfast and also the main meal for the day - I don't think I'll have dinner

and I'd like to go for a walk later on - but I think I'll stay away from the sweat washed machines at the gym.

I could use the treadmill. Things are pretty good, all things considered.

I have to admit I woke up with a sore throat this morning, freaked me out a bit, but it went away. Maybe I didn't drink enough water.

I'll light the candle again and maybe burn some more incense. Got some music going.. it's mostly fiddle..

What is "social distancing?" Is that another name for, "Cel Phones?" Gaming? Being perfect? Deodorant boycotting? Honesty?

that's what they're telling us to do on the news.. keep our distance from each other so we don't add to the contagion. So no random huggings... I didn't shower yet today - so I've got my stink on... good thing the internet doesn't have smellovision.

Mark it's all a little too much...The streets are deserted up here in the San Francisco Bay Area, the grocery stores are wild with lines going to the back of the store, all concerts are canceled. I'm still going to the gym....

I went out to therapy today then an independent grocery store and I’m in for the day now. I do think my job will be work from home this next week and I know I’ll need to avoid the stir craziness!!!!!

I’m glad we can all interact here!!!

I'm used to social distancing out here on the ranch half the week anyway, its a very small community and we can go for a long time without other people being around.

My son has an Upper Respiratory Infection, he was at the ER last night, its not unusual for him this time a year, because of his severe asthma and lung issues, but they now want him to isolate himself from other as much as possible. He's not good at staying home and doing as he's told.

The pollen's getting high, I'm now up to 2 allergy meds and having to use my daily inhaler and my rescue inhaler each day...I hate this time of year.
