packing and cleaning :-)

it takes an effort to get going with projects that seem daunting with no organization

but I'm taking it one step at a time...and I'm getting in touch with the joys of

self responsibility.

I was feeling really alone this morning, soft and comfortable in my bed

and I looked at the tasks ahead with a sense

that being virtuous about things indeed takes a great deal of effort...and I can do that..

Last night I also came to a sense of what I respond to in life

and now after starting to clean and pack, I'm really recapturing that sense of owning my life,

feeling much better

and getting on top of what I need to do to right-my-ship so I can head out that door

on Monday morning to get to the airport.

Listening to my fav streaming channel while I work and so it goes.

now just expressing more on the subject of 'what i respond to in life' is really giving me a compassion
for myself and others
I was critiquing my own sense of self - aka what I seemed to respond to in life - with a kind of disdainful
look at that within me -
and then thought
maybe as we're all human beings - we're all subject to the same kinds of pitfalls
of character - but then god teaches us to love and forgive -
we are forgiven in the eyes of the almighty
we are flawed but we are forgiven
Perhaps it's good just for my personal outlook to be forgiving and engaged to this
kind of perspective and compassion.
