oh the pain and cramps!! wed oct 26,2011 11.00a.m.

well i had the same bad night. didnt sleep tilll about 3.30 a.m. then took my sleeping pills early even took one and a half. cant get comfortable for nothing at night. i have cramops on top of cramps. cant stay sitting very long. leg locks up in a heartbeat. its very painfull. will have to take some pain pills today. ganna try to just take 2 today for the nasia. anti nasia med is acually making me nausiated. have to make list for nur5se. what about exercises? i get no p.t. so im on my own. iant that a bitch. those 3 flights of stairs at my place is like a million steps. im terrified to go home need a heating pad i think. oh well, will be very stiff allready and the pain. have to go ffor now. will get back on later. ok, by for now. p.s. owwwwww!!!!!!
