oh my.

first journal crashed.  new journal hello........!

the three tenors are singing american classics in english.  i looooove the sound they make when they sing in italian, i wish they would do these songs in their italian.  yo, tenor dudes, help a girl out.......

the white cream sauce enchiladas are in the oven.  one small and one medium sized casserole dish of chicken, cheese, green chile goodness..........

with the left over chicken i made chicken salad, w/ diced celery, a bit of cheese & a soup spoonful of mayo.  plan to put it on a bed of romaine for lunch........yummmmmmm.

it's raining again......watered the new marigold seed baskets hanging from the front porch, nine baskets total....pray they sprout & grow!

bruce mowed the lawn last night, it looks great!  the new neighbor ryan came over to see if bruce could mow his until he gets his own mower up & running....wishing for energy to drive some of these enchiladas to sam at work.  wishing really hard.

will my glands ever feel like normal again?  they are slightly better right now, but by early evening they are seriously swollen again. i think about going to see the doc knowing there is nothing he can do, it gets wearing to cope with the pain & shivers......i sleeep sooo much. 

the kitties get lonesome for their 2 legged play pal.........speaking of the kitties, they just had a fight.  now rio is lying on the rug ....actually he looks like a cat rug in his own right.  annie is leaning across the wooden rung of a small table........i NEED a picture of annie doing this.  it is so funny/cool to see her like this.  queen annie being lacsidaisical.

that word must have sprung out of my 7th grade teacher's endless vocabulary records.  after lunch she would put one on, have us lay our heads down on our desks and listen........words like audacious, excoriate, ludicrous, alacrity..........you get the idea.  i can't think what excoriate means.......or if i care.  but i will, i promise, i will look it up. hang on.......

i wish you could hear these bad boys singing......they are glorious!
