left HSM (home sweet home) yesterday --- toddled off to haircut world. zooey did a fine job, she's the nice young lady who cut my bangs for free a while back. she is very high energy.....she jokes that it's all due to a steady iv of coffee.
got supplies at wal-mart. yesterday we had intermittent showers and sunshine...... bruce still came to mow. go bruce. he got me a flowering shrub, can't think of it's name.....let's just call it pretty! it has deep red blooms.......he got a lot done yesterday, coming back today to finish up phase I of spring yard detail.
got so hungry shopping, stopped to get a burger. i went to five guys & a burger.....couldn't process diddly squat. couldn't tell her what "toppings" i wanted.....she offered to wrap up toppings on the side......pain/brain fog so high thought i was gonna cry. said i couldn't.......make a decision, plain burger fine. so she handed me a cup for water and whispered that it would be ok if i wanted to have some soda on them. ahhhh, she was trying to be sweet, so i walk over to the machine & can't figure out how to get water out of it. i couldn't SEE the word water on anything and well......oh crud, she came over & helped me. too out of it, then i hear a guy call out "pick up for order # 9"........i can't find a p/u ticket.....i can find receipts, just not for this place. i sit there - feel defeated. he brings my burger bag over, says is this what you ordered? .......yes......thank you! made it home, couldn't get it together, brain shot. managed to drag food inside, went out to talk to Bruce......completely forgot to put food away. bruce was telling me how great i looked, how great i was doing.....(he doesn't mean to be anything but kind, he just doesn't understand)......he doesn't know how wonky i am, so as we're chatting it hits me......about the food melting. wow. nice. well done super fly.
it all hit really hard at wal-mart, so cold, felt all my powers fading fast......cfids/fibro......big trouble.
got sara's birthday present done yesterday......she's excited, they already called her to set it up. yay! sara's present is having maid service come in to do a spring cleaning. they are coming to her home on monday........she's so funny. she called me and said, "Lady what did youuuuuuuu dooooooooo?" she's tickled pink!
H2T (head to toe) bruised, sore, hurtin' some thin' awful. shoooooot, bed wins again. now how am i gonna get there? got to get up, oh dear. prayer is a good way to start. have to figure out how to stand, my mind remembers, but my brain doesn't easily obey. it's gonna be slow. hands on table, pause, think. push up......try to rise. c'mon, push up. stand there....in place is just fine. stand until the wobble recedes. you stood up, good girl. now.....6 feet to the living room. c'mon kid.......my money is on you. living room, then just a little bit more to the bedroom. yup, that's the start of the drill........all of a sudden my eyes are full of tears. "crying?????? there's no crying in baseball" ............remember Tom Hanks in that movie about the lady ball players during the war? well that's how i think, no crying over trying to stand up. you have been here before, you can do this........you can, i promise. spasms.......oh. in a minute.

I think if you conducted a survey, you would find that there is an \"Overdidit\" in each state in the union these days. I know I am living in one here in NC right now.
Great job of reporting the way the day went, just hate that it had so many \"ups & downs\" in it. Only those of us who have been there & done it can understand what it is like to look \"great\" as Bruce said & be in such pain & agony that we don\'t know what we are trying to do.
I\'m so glad that we are not timed when we do the bed triathalon. Just hoping to reach the finish line is our only goal.

I sure could have used Bruce this week. My only problem is my feet. I think it is my bunions that make my whole foot hurt. I have a foot bath thingy and I should use it. Every summer I say I am going to have my bunions down and then I don\'t. My sister and I are going to remind each other this winter to DO IT.
How sweet for you to help your daughter out and get her help with Spring cleaning. When I mentioned to a customer that I was Spring cleaning she asked me if people still did that. Yep and ironing once in a blue moon. Think I will throw that shirt out.
