Off to grocery shop
Well yesterday whooped me. Taking Grayson and my 90 yo friend to church meeting was beyond my abilities. When I got home, I crashed. Barely awake much from 5 pm until 4 this morning. Chest is still off. My goal for the day was to get a few groceries, so I may go and attempt that while I am able. We don't need much. Husband is currently working at the burn site for township, so I probably should scoot now
I know I probably shouldn't count, but this is 10 days into this bout. What would it have been without the steroids?
Monday I have a CT scan and I have the pulmonary workup on the 31st at Theda Clark. Lots of days between these. Working on learning patience...
From now on, babysitting will stay within the confines of my little house with the living room couch as my homebase.

So sorry Debbi.I think patience is something we all still work on. Heed the warnings...The chest being off is a big red flag. (but you know that). My husband has learned to appreciate cereal for supper and has learned his way around the grocery store. He says it is all just about making adjustments....True enough.
Glad you are getting the testing done this month. Sounds like many of us are getting results this month:)
Hugs my friend,

It is hard to think you can\'t do a simple thing like going to the store, but sometimes you just have to let go and let yourself just rest. Be good to yourself, my dear friend. Wait, wait is the name of the game now days.
Love you, Cathy
Sorry you are have a tough time right now. Get as much rest as you can...and stop stressing about what you are not able to do right now. In time, you WILL be able...one day at a time my friend, one day at a time! Cindy C
Thanks guys. Your chant of patience needs to keep going. I do appreciate it but seem to have a short term memory for it.
