The dislike for Valeo system
I have a strong dislike for the way Valeo does the medication appointments. You have to call at 8:00am the day you would like the appointment along with everyone else. If they are booked then you call the next day. My person works Mon-Wed so I have three chances a week to get into her but that is also going around my schedule and my anti calling anti social self. Last week I called on Wed because I was busy Monday and Tuesday just to find she wasn't there Wednesday and wouldn't be back until the next week, which sucks when you aren't sure you are on the right medicine. So this week I called Monday morning along with everyone else and waiting on hold for 20 minutes just to be told her appointments were full for the day and to try again Tuesday. I called her direct line and left a message with her nurse who never called me back. Well the rest of my week is being spend on doing my lovely cleanse for my GI doctor so this week is out trying to get in to see them. So I will have to call back Monday and see if I can get in. If I can't before the 15 when my medicine runs out I am not sure how they will handle that one.
***Yay. The nurse just called and I get in today at 3pm which is hopefully going to be a lot easier than trying to get in next week or dealing with crisis more more meds.
***We are adding a new med to control the mania and increasing my Latuda to 40 mg to see if that can help control the depression a little. She says I might not notice until I get to 100mg or higher though.
