October

You know, I've been thinking a lot about things. I really miss my mom and it really hurts that I don't get to see her every day she lives in a different state. I know I had a little bit of separation and codependency, but that doesn't matter right now because clearly I've gotten over it but there's days I just really miss her. I love my family and they're very very supportive but part of me just misses my mom and she said she was going to visit, but in November it's not happening. I'm not disappointed. I just really wanted to see year. I'm only writing about this because I just needed to vent in my own way. Not anyone else but just let it all out. Maybe I can go visit her next year but I cherish her.

Its ok to be somewhat dependant.

My Mom is only 120 miles away from me but i miss her all the time so i call her when i get a moment. i try to call at least once a week to check on her.

For me i need to get in all the calls i can as she is aging and i know i only have a few more years until she passes so i try to enjoy all the time i can with her that i can get as soon i will have to wait until i get to heaven to see her again.

Even if you can't be in person just call her and talk. Some video providers (netflix, etc) sometimes allows users to watch a movie together so that may be fun.

Video calls also may help with missing her.
