:o i weigh in the 140s now *happy dance*

havent been weighing myself in a while but got on the scale today and was in the 140s i was like :o cause well i havent really been exercising that much and i havent been doing much different than i used too the only thing i really changed was how much i eat a day i eat 5 times a day in smaller portions and not more than 1400 calories a day and making sure that my calories each day are different but no lower than 1000.
