nothing like a shower.......

the shower dispels the cold that sets into my bones.....feel so much better.

melted a bit of buttter in the pan, added spices and the small steak.......it's doing it's thing.  got the broccoli and potato prepped to be heated/cooked/eaten!!!!!!!

tah dah, dinner will be soon.

sam asked me to send him an email with the dates/times options to change the first epidural ....he'll look it over and send me an answer later today.  got the form in today's out bound mail to get my med records sent from resurgens to the new rheumy.  go me.

did not fall..........so happy that i didn't hit the garage floor.  pinballed from the entry way to the table to the shelves and finally landed in a wall of boxes......but I DID NOT FALL.  later i went out and moved some items to make a better path.  had the corn broom next to the stick vac......had misc items on the floor, the empty cat food box and other items like that waiting to go to the curb......gotta be vigilant to keep self safe.

flipped the steak.......i got three new outdoor plants, they are hibiscus plants......the gent said if i bring them inside during the winter they will flourish, leave them out and they will die from the cold......ahhhh, can't be letting them die.  gotta make room for more indoor plant babies.  each plant cost $1.81 ......a very good deal.  they are in excellent shape, they all have buds on them so they will flower in the next few days.......got them out of the shopping bags and out to the patio.  next step?  take dirt outside and move them into their new homes, two will be in hanging baskets and the other one in a pretty blue ceramic pot.  feel bad that i didn't plant them today, but it was sooooooo hot.

whew.....baby steps in all things.

time to check that steak.  one moment please.  got it.......added a potato to the microwave.  got the broccoli ready to go in....plate out.....go girl go!  the kitties already got their dinner, albeit late, they enjoyed it very much.  i was late feeding them yesterday and came home to a murdered plant amidst dirt spatter everywhere.  they had both gotten sick on the plant they chewed on.......teach me to be late with dinner.  feel bad for them of course and bad for me too.  nobody likes to be that hungry!

this is a nothing journal, just helps me through the day, so nothing can be a good thing.

hold on to the light of your dreams and imagination.  they are amazingly wonderful........hugs, ruthie
