notes

I just deleted many years worth of emails

so that I won’t have to pay the yearly fee for extra storage. It took a lot to let go of all that stuff. I tried to keep it to things weren’t personal.

Then I decided to cancel the eharmony account

too. Kind of a rash decision but as it is it just won’t renew again in a year’s time. I have a year. I’m committed till next October:(. Even though I’m not into it, it does make me feel I’m voting yes on myself.

So ultimately it’s a positive that it’s there.

After doing all that,

my exhaustion is influencing me to go down a paranoid path but “our work together “ here, and with my doc,is helping me to see that’s not true. Elon Musk is right. Doing things independently, and for me while alone, can be like wearing glass.

But I'm wearing that knowingly now and just moving ahead, which is just me concluding:

“That’s what it’s like” and so I can accept that and move forward and get things done. I’m acknowledging the tiredness and energy that’s taking me down that downward path and I AM NOT

accepting  the narrative and questioning it.

dunno if i should even respond here, grasshopper. you inadvertently pushed a dangerous button on my personal control panel, it doesn't have much to do with the sedentary task of cleaning out an email box, but. . . you have some clues on how those psych triggers project, mitigate, psychopate and elongenate.

vent, vent, gnarl, gnash. . . don't weigh me down with those pesky realities. i can co-opt this friggin journal entry if i damned well please.

you already know i'm working to get the urban homestead turned bachelor crash pad ready for sale. psychobabble that joy all the way to moving my packrat mother every six months of my childhood and ? ? ? sigh. . .

i had quite a lengthy rant typed here, but decided to spare you the verbal vomit and applaud your wisdom in getting the cleanup done. holding on to less from the past leaves more room for the future to grow.

i don't s'pose you need a pantry full of health food items that expired a year or ten ago?

I recently deleted thousands of old emails and didn’t even start reading them. Many were from bad times and though we can’t erase the past, it was clutter that won’t be missed.

Make room for the future is one thing i try to keep in my mind on a daily basis.
