note
it's weird I was feeling resolved to change some things - to try and develop projects with the day - and then something
happened. I watched a little bit of TV and my center changed - I lost my focus and I no longer had the idea in my head.
I started to obsess and now I am seeing what I am doing. So if I were to address the question my Dr. might ask - "What do you do when that happens" I noticed I started to eat lots of snacks...but I can't do that - or in essence - that won't solved the problem. I have to figure a way to follow through on the goals that I originally had - I don't know how people can conduct their lives with such ease. I am doomed to one step forward two steps back and I can't even expres that to my Dr. I go mum when I am with him..

Comparing my insides to other people's outsides might be one of my gnarliest OCD habits. It is where I can witness a graduation ceremony and envy how easy the accomplishments look as they flip the tassel from side of their cap to the other. I go on to excuse my own failure to accomplish my goals because it's harder than the tassel flip I witnessed at the ceremony.
I have since accumulated considerable evidence that thinking other people have it so easy is far more assumption than reality. I now treat that assumption as a psych symptom and ply therapy tools instead of believing my own OCD bullshit.
Discuss ^it^ with the cultural Masters of Accomplishment we call, "Doctors?" You're kidding, right?
