note

I have been noticing lately how I try and live 'in the right' and also, as every one does, have to cope with the

ubiqitous need for finding 'order out of chaos' every day. I feel prepared for that but

last night and today I have felt so smothered by depression. I didn't do the best job at work today -

but maybe it just felt like that - I did the job that was needed. I felt breathless though as I moved along

and that being said I know and am encouraged that I can do the same tomorrow.

I'd rather not take another medicine.. I just hope this passes soon.

I find myself surprised by your need to find order out of chaos every day. Somehow I had the notion that you were a fellow neatnick who maintained order far more than you allowed the chaos to take over. My living motto is that it is far easier to keep up than to catch up. Lazy woman that I am, I take the easy way whenever possible.

Did I misconstrue again or am I missing a point?

As for the depression. . . Ouch. . .

Sorry you are feeling so depressed. I hope it lifts soon and you don't have to go on another med.
