note

woke this morning at around 3am.

After cleaning the whole apartment yesterday I’m left with feeling kind of manic. I know I need to be self responsible. That is a calming thought as it directs me to act on my needs and also know it’s the correct thing to do.

I’m pretty lonely out here and I feel ill equipped at times to navigate life.

Perhaps It is safe to say we all feel I’ll equipped to deal with life at times? In my exhaustion this morning I watched a televangelist’Joel Osteen.’

He had some really good encouragement to keep at things in life. I don’t remember exactly what it was but it was a message of encouragement and hope and it registered that I was in good company.

It lightened my sense of being alone with it, the difficulties.

As it starts to get light out, and I’ve had my coffee, I’m ready to start the day. King Gillette here I come.

have a good day guys!!

Good morning, Mark! I've noticed a theme of "loneliness" in some of your posts. I wondered why you often feel lonely when you have co-workers and involved family. I read about how someone can feel lonely even when in a crowd because of a lack of feeling connected. I don't know if this applies to you, but...

I'm glad that Joel Olsteen inspires you. Have a great day!

self care is a critical part of being self-responsible. that includes being mindful of your needs for growth and adventure.

have you ever tried pre-dawn walks? i've met some of the damndest people and enjoyed some truly unique conversations during my own pre-dawn walks. even when i encounter no one, as often happens, the pre-dawn air is ? ? ? unique? ? ? mystical? ? ? worth breathing.
