Not stressful compared to gambling!

Well, as you know today is the big party for Ruth's 90th - my friend's mother. I offered to get the cake made and customized to include a graphic of her apricot poodle, REDZ.  The plan was to meet the cake lady at noon.  I got to the place and she wasn't there- called her; she's on her way. Great - she gets there about 30 minutes late and opens up the trunk with the cake. She said oh - we tried to do that dog thing, but just couldn't!  Okay, so right there I'm a little disappointed since she had promised they could do it, no problem.  The cake looks beautiful, but as I'm reading the message I realize it says Happy 90th - ROSE!!  I said - oh - HER NAME IS RUTH!!!! She said - I can fix that but I"ll have to go home and then come back... anyway, after waiting about an hour in the CVS parking lot, she returned..  Then she wanted to charge me $15.00 more since they made a bigger one. Hmmm... the cakes are delicious, but not so sure I'll use her again. :] :] :] It makes for a funny story at the party, though.  COMPARED TO GAMBLING, THIS STRESS WAS NOTHING!!!!!!A good day to everyone - & lots of HUGS,Smokeygirl
