Not smoke free

This counter is messed up and makes me feel GUILTY!!  I was not 2 days smoke free.  I have had 8 smokes in nearly 3 days.  Considering I was a pack a day, or at least 1/2 pack, that's pretty good.  When I get back to England in 3 weeks and 4 days (I miss my BF something fierce) we will quit again together.  In the mean time, serious moderation is the key.
