So anyone else up and about now? Going for a walk and then a shower. Maybe I can get an hour or two. This seems to be a routine with me. Too much energy to sleep and I flit around all day.

So walk done. Now what. I just love it. Why is it that I can't sleep. I am supposed to be in between mania and depression, not both at the same time and an insomniac.

Whitch meds did you stop when you were getting too much sleep?
When we're revved up and the mind is speeding, sleep is not our friend. I usually will hit a crash night and sleep 11-12 hours. Just the body catching up. OCP raised a good question. Healing and slow down hugs.
OlderCPer - I didn't take the Temazepam. Guess, I'll take that tonight with the Thorazine. Not sure it would have worked last night. SimpsonOK has it about right. My mind was revved up and not stopping anytime soon. It was revved but not like when I am in mania.
I took a nap today for about 90 min. Felt good. I had a strong dream of buying expensive artwork for my wife. Not sure what the hell that means, Mr. Freud.
I'd take it tonight, the combo of the Benzo working with the Anti-psychotic is probably may have been what was helping you get to sleep. Your body will adjust to the Thorazine and it won't have the drowsiness effect over time. The Benzo is more to relax you and help you sleep.
Does your wife like expensive artwork??
Yes and No. She likes it but being an artist herself she would never buy art. She wants to be the expensive artist. But also, if she wants something I buy it. She has so much jewlery that we had to get a bigger safe.
