not good, let alone happy :(

so we went for divorce feb 19th. didn't happen. ,y lawyer asked for his log books (truckdriver) and ex flew into rage. judge asked what he made and his lawyer kept himhawing around til my lawyer said he made 92 thous last year (I made 7000). so his atty mentioned "casually" that my lawyer knows what the trucking industry is like. ups and downs. "after all you represented my client years ago" which he did. which is why ex signed off for him to b my atty. well judge declared conflict of interest so 2 days later i lost my lawyer. He said he would find me another one but that was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet. guess i am being little impatient. and I got court paper that new "contested" trial is june 10th.
Oh and ex defied his court order. (no selling, trading or financing anything til after divorce)he traded in his motorcycle for newer one. 2008 harley now and he financed 24,000. payments went from 202 to 484 month.  I saw nothing from trade in. and he has yet to pay the 2 bank loans he was ordered to pay since last september.. AND he went in in january and got 20% reduction in support cause his bills went up and wages down (or so he says). that judge figured it would only b month til divorce so what could it hurt.
plus i live in a modular/doublewide. whatever you prefer to call it. on a rented lot too. 24 yrs old paid 30,000 in 1989. my appraisal 12000. his-24,900. does have pole building but it is not a permanent structure. if we sell everything has to b moved due to some issues landlord has. so he wants me to cover those loans. i am paying my own insurance now because with his reduction that basically took away my ins payment he was required to pay.
could life get any better right now?
