Sorry you’re not doing well, Mark. I do the same thing, especially after interacting with people. The key seems to be distracting yourself immediately with things like music or exercise. Breath focus is good!
Sorry you are having a bad time. I go to my room and stay alone when I feel like that. It helps relax me and I don't say or do things that I will regret later. Take care.
Hugs Marko.
I hope the feeling subsides with a reset sleep. Or that a shift in perspective comes about naturally.
I have been going through the motions for awhile, staying busy, while the stressors of financial woes pile on. What I am getting at is the persistent climb and struggle can be a widely felt arrangement in life and sometimes knowing you are not isolated with frustrating patterns can help in those calming perspective shifts.
Not sure what that means to pick things apart, but It's probably something we all do unconsciously. Try not to let it worry you. Carry on, my friend!....hugs
