I watch a lot of pay tv and I am SICK SICK SICK of ads for ancestry.com; incredibly comfortable bras (5 for the price of one); any fat blasting super food; and all the must have insurance schemes.....
I know little about my ancestors and after discovering they were pilchard fishermen.....not pirates....I lost interest.....
the bras are incredibly small and when I tried to return them their computer was down (wtf) and I was stuck with the bras but I've lost so much weight that they now fit....
well....the weight loss has been down to sensible eating and moderate exercise...not any weight loss miracle...lose half your body weight in two weeks.... I don't think so....
insurance...what a joke....just preying on your fears and insecurities....

These same shows are here in the states too and take up so much of the available viewing we pay for. We pay for hundreds of channels but very few worth watching. Grrr!
