Normal Day
Great day ,,,,great recovery..got back on the road today and worked my ass off..landed a new contract and was paid!!! Cashed my check and gave it to my wife as suggested..had a twinge of trigger walking out the bank but as they say sit long enough..it will pass..thats a reservation for me that im open and honest with my wife and you guys and having admit it...i dont have to harbor the secret..i wanted to take that money and buy crack,,,but it dawned on me that i wouldnt have made it home til tomorrow..would have blownt a very important contract starting this weekend...pissed my wife off to no point of return and had to reset the sobriety counter that im getting tired of resetting on this website...the whole scenario played like a tape in my mind as i got into the car and drove towards home past the projects...cause see i cant afford to move away from Miami and regardless im a addict that can sniff a dope zone anywhere in the US so i proceeded home and im here safe and sound..i know this wont be the scenario everyday but for today this is what happened and its over and im talking about it here because one of you has been there and one of you is gonna be where i was today with hopefully the same results.,...and with that life moves on...

I am so proud of you. Hey one day at a time. That\'s great. I don\'t understand why your wife would be mad. Watch those trigger spots. Don\'t let a down moment ruin your day focus on something else. New playgrounds and new playmates I heard over and over. Just try to keep your priorities straight. You need a place to live and sounds like the wife is being supportive. I take it she\'s doesn\'t have an addiction problem. She should be proud that you are telling her the truth. Proud of you.
