No one is listening...

Well I did get to see the specialist for my suspected RVF.  He did a very through examination but couldn't physically see one and said if there is one it is super tiny and in no way would it be causing me pain in my pubic bone.
I have been having pubic bone pain since last october the worst of the pain is on the left side although at times I have felt it on the other side as well.  The thing that ticks me off is he didn't even offer to run any other test to find it.  I have read about other tests doctors can do to find it such as mri's or barum enemas, or even colonoscopes.  The only thing he did offer was I could have a bowel movement at the doctor's office and he could check me then.   I have 3 children the only reason I was able to see him in the first place was because two of them were in school and the 3rd was being babysat, now that it is summer it would be very difficult to arrange to do.
The thing is I would just drop the whole thing but the pain is getting worse it started out as occasional pain I would get on the underside of my pubic bone on the left side.  Now I feel pain near the bones you sit on as well plus I will get random knee pain in both knee's and leg pains in both legs.  Which almost makes me think that maybe my pelvic bones are out of alignment or something.  I sent my obgyn an email asking her about the worsening pain and basically she said it couldn't be misaligned from childbirth or my fall last year because that kind of pain would be continuous from then it wouldn't have started in october.  She offered me stronger drugs to deal with the pain.  This also makes me angry because I think at this point an x-ray to rule out misalignment, crack, or milignacy would be called for.  Instead she just wants to medicate me rather then actually figure out what the problem is.
So there's that.
Then there is also the fatigue and shortness of breath I have been experiencing.  I made a doctor's appointment with my gp to address those issues but my normal gp has moved to a city far away and they assigned me a new person.  Ok fine.  So I make an appointment but the day of I get a call saying that she is sick and I need to reschedule for a different day if I want to see her or if I don't mind seeing a different doctor I could be seen that day.  As it was the last week of school I choose to see a different gp due to babysitting issues.  Mistake.  I honestly don't know if the appointment would have went any differently if I had waited to see the doctor the originally assigned me to but it really couldn't have gone worse.  First off I had no babysitter because it was later in the day and my sister who usually babysits for me couldn't so I had the baby with me with made it a little stressful.  Also I was having trouble breathing right then so my oxy. reading was 95% it has never been that low I am always between 100-98%, which the doctor dismissed as normal for an asthmatic even though it wasn't normal for me.  Then the guy asks a few questions, and I could tell after two minutes I wasn't going to get any help from him he just didn't seem like he was with me at all.  He asked twice if I was depressed (which I am not, although I am rapidly becoming so because no one is willing to be helpful), and then did a very sloppy exam, very half-hearted.  Then looked at my past visits and said that I just had bloodwork done 3 mths ago and nothing would have changed.  Because ya within 90 days I'm sure everything would be exactly the same.  (sarcasm)  Whatever dude it's been 3 mths lots could have changed!  So basically it was a useless visit that cost me time and money and I burst into tears as I left the building so on top of all of that I was embarassed.  Lovely.
I honestly don't know what to do anymore.  I am going to have to go back and state my case again.  Eventually.  I don't know when because all of the kids are out of school and we are broke and it is 100 each time I go to the doctor. I know I have hypochondria issues, I truly do get the fact that I do and I have asked myself how real all of this is and am I making to big a deal out of it.  Well it is real and no I am not making a big deal out of it.  I know there is something is wrong but no one is listening.
I am worried (like always) that it is the big c that has moved from my pelvis to my lungs and that there is no hope for me.  I try to not dwell on that thought for to long but it is hard when I get out of breath so easily and have to sit down so often because of fatigue.
God I need you to guide me. Please Father heal me.
