No More Exams!!!
Dear Kitty, Finally, exams are over! I am so happy! Had Music and Physics today; neither were fantastic...actually, Music was terrible...but oh well. At least they were only mocks. Tomorrow, I've to perform 'Lascia Ch'io Pianga' for Music, for my performance thing, and submit my composition, which is a load of rubbish and badly disguised as Minimalism. Oh dear...I'm sure it'll all be fine. When I find an accompanist for the aria. Apart from this afternoon, nothing has happened, really. We had a Navy trip to RAF Wittering today to go on the High Ropes, which really was the most terrifying thing I've ever done. Really - it was even scarier than playing from memory in front of about two hundred people in Second Form. Or perfoming in Hong Kong. Which probably explains why I nearly had a panic attack. Standing on top of three planks of wood about ten metres off the ground is not pleasant. AND I had to be the first person up there. Fraser is still ill, so I am still worried. On the other hand, Hector is being incredibly sweet. He's always just such a nice guy to me. Haven't had any other ideas for the new book, apart from one of the characters is going to be called 'Roesli' - the 'o' is supposed to have an umlaut, but I can't type them - and either she alone is going to be Jewish or both of them are going to be Jewish; haven't decided yet.I'll write more soon.Lots of love,MexxxxxxP.S. About three weeks now, but I still can't remember. On the bright side, it's seventeen days till mine and Hector's birthday!!!
