I am learning that I have to take care of my life "my life" not someone else's.
I opened the bible today. I needed it.
I have to take care of my specific needs that are unto me - and don't judge them
or be afraid that someone will judge me for it. I know myself and have to take care
the way I know how.

Yay you!! A common anxiety among my Alanon peers is that they will end up with a gravestone which reads, "He/She is finally minding his/her own business."
When I point a finger at someone else, there are three fingers pointed at me. Proof unavailable, but I do believe I have more often made the world a better place by looking at the three fingers pointed back at me than I have by trying to "fix" other people.
