No Cymbalta

Stopped taking it yesterday. Made me feel like I was constantly drinking coffee and couldn't sleep. Slept decent last night for the first time in a week. Woke up today, tummy a bit off but OK. Weird racing thoughts all day, trying to reframe them, I'm OK it's OK, it's Friday going to make it s good weekend I am in control.
