To make NC work you may want to try making it impossible for him to contact you (when you are ready). You could get a new email address/phone number, etc. Its a really big step but when you are ready for it I would recommend it. I wouldn\'t have gotten to 10 months NC w/o changing my email and getting rid of my phone.
