night before 4/8
Back on schedule -- at as far as turning off screens and lights goes: 10 & 11 respectively. Didn't get to sleep until about midnight, but didn't consider taking a sleeper - leaves me too foggy and groggy and murky.
I woke 2-3 x in the night but was able to roll over and go back to sleep pretty readily -- until 5:30. It wasn't going to happen that time, so I'm up, reporting in.

Thanks for reporting in, Jack. I have to pee 2-3X a night, but I just read somewhere that I really don\'t HAVE to pee. It\'s just that I\'m awake anyway. So, I guess insomnia is the bigger issue. I\'m sorry you struggle with that too. It\'s a bugger. Keep plugging away at it.
Thanks, Heather, it i a PITA (Pain In The A**). But every night I sleep w/o meds is a win, and when I wake up feeling more refreshed than I did when I lay down, that.s a win too.
They say light exercise helps, chamomile tea, soothing music, hot bath.... I\'m sure you know all this. No luck with any of them? *pout*
Glad to hear you were able to get some sleep, Jack. I hope you have a good day. I know what you mean about preferring no meds. That grogginess is a PITA.
Thanks, Jenna! Hope you have a great day too, and yes, isn\'t it a PITA?? ;-)
Good job Jack.I DID take a dirty rotten sleeper at midnight.Just too exhausted and had bad tremors from my depleted adrenals. Then I was awake again at 4am.Can barely move today....bedridden and despaired and sick from the chemicals. It sure is a big fat PITA !! Hugs Di xo
I think there must be some astrological \'thing\' going on, or cosmic rays or something, because it seems like a LOT of us aren\'t sleeping well at all lately. It would tick me off if I had the energy...
Don\'t be blue, hon. those chemical will pass. Just take the day to be flat-out. If you have to do it again tomorrow, well, that\'s up to tomorrow. My motto is, \"When I have to sleep, I sleep, for as long as I have to sleep, without shame or guilt.\" xo
