night before 3/20 and that day
Followed my usual routine at bedtimme, but was still wide awake an hour later, so I took a traz. That knocked me out and I slept 10 hours, waking feeling "muddy" and groggy. Hard to get going; good thing it was a light day.
My PCP thought my constantly losing my balance was due to one of my psych meds that was cranked up in Feb. As he suggested, I met w/my shrink to discuss it, and he agreed and told me to drop down to the dose on one of them. It would sure be nice to get my balance back; that muscle I pulled last week STILL hurts, and it is involved in almost any move I make.
Wore out quickly today, but was able to get some Ensure and a couple other hi-protein, low carb items that are easy to prep.
I'm really going to have to get a microwave for heat'n'eats and leftovers...
Oh, and I've been having headaches in the evening -- til bedtime -- for the last 3 and maybe more nights. Today it kicked in before noon and has come and gone since then. That's a SEID symptom I had never had before. Oh, goodie...
