Next step to achieve goal

Have been asked and have accepted an invitation to join our oldest friends on a one week summer holiday in the sun.  We have known them as long as Wilf and I are were together.  We were married the same year.  So there is nobody I would feel more comfortable with in an attempt to get used to being alone.  So tomorrow I book to go to Benidorm for a week in August.
