New Words Same Tune

Well I have been trying to stay positive but it is difficult.  Good stuff first.

My vacation went well.  The kids loved camping and it all worked out well.  Although I wouldn't recommend starting a new medication and then leaving town, it can be a little bit stressful.
Okay the unfun stuff
I have been taking Celexa for about a week.  I am still having trouble sleeping in the morning and feeling amped which makes it hard to go back to sleep.  Also I get intermitent kidney pain, which I looked up on yahoo answers and one of the posters on there said that with ssri's you have to drink more water because of the metallic properties in the pills.  So I have been trying to stay hydrated but and it seemed to be working as the pain was less, but this morning it has been worse.  I think I am going to have to call kaiser and ask the advice nurse about it.  I am afraid they are going to tell me to stop the medicine or to come in to see someone, which I don't want to do.  I don't want to come in because that would involve me having to get my sister to babysit and I had to have her do that a lot lately.  Also I was hoping this medication would work and I wouldn't have to try any others.  I have heard some people have to try several different ones before finding the right one and that just sounds awful.   Having to endure the different symptoms only to have to start over again.
Also I have been having BAD acid reflux at least I hope it is the acid reflux causing these problems.  I have been having heartburn and when the acid reflux gets real bad I get headaches and neck pain.  The neck pain kind of freaks me out because I have read that with some people that is a sign of a heart attack, so I try to tell myself that it is just my acid reflux but it can be difficult.   Whether I believe it changes from one moment to the next.  I also have been getting the throat tightening/lump feeling in my throat really bad but that could be my anxiety or the acid reflux it is kind of painful and annoying.
Also I have been having these headaches that are in the back of my head kind of where the skull meets the neck.  If it gets real bad it feels like my spine is trying to stab my brain.  I can also at times hear my head turn on my spine, which is weird, but that could have always heard that but only noticed now because I have became hyper-vigilant about that part of my body!  I have also been having a hard time sleeping on my back due to the fact that it starts to hurt the back of my head where I get my headaches.  Once again I go back and forth between it being something to do with my neck(such as some sort of injury or pinched nerve), or maybe another anxiety symptom to the extreme brain tumor/thyroid cancer of some sort.
I just don't know.  I am still hoping to see a specialist for my acid reflux but my doctor is still out of the office and will be until the 26th.  Other then that I am not sure if I should see anyone about all the rest of the stuff.  I am tired of going to the doctor.
I will probably call about the celexa/kidney pain either this afternoon or in the morning.
Hope everyone has a great sunday!
