New Post????

I'm confused.  I did a post but don't see how to do a new one.  I guess Journal is about the same thing???  Anyway, I had my one year anniversary of no contact.  I went to the beach, bought myself a small token, ate cake and ice cream, and celebrated by myself.  I also wrote a letter.  I know we hear all the time that we are supposed to forgive for our own sake, but I can't.  What I did say in the letter is that I take resposibilty for my life from here on.  It will be mine what I make it and I will no longer blame her, but I don't forgive her, not by a long shot.
