New Perspective

I have a new perspective on my situation with my ex SC/NC/P.  After a very painful month of realizations, I now know that the finality of the situation is truly a Blessing! No more lies, no more waiting up for him until the wee hours of the morning, just for him to tell me some elaborate story, no more wondering,no more feeling like I'm crazy, no more devaluating,no more harsh statements,... NO More! Eventhough this has been the most painful experience that I can remember and trust me I know me some PAIN, I'm learning so much about me. The devil took his best shot at me and I'm still here! I get up everyday and go to work, I take care of my son's, I finish all of my committments and I can forgive! I can Love, and I can be happy with out all the chaos.  I'm healing and it's amazing! Dissappointed that it wasn't what it seemed, but grateful that I found out the truth before I married him. It was a beautiful tale... Grateful for the True Love when it arrives! Until then I will continue to heal, mind, body, and soul...! Enjoy life second by second and learn to Love me for me and all that I have to offer! I'm proud of me! I'm doing IT!

I am yet to reach this position . I am currently legally fighting against my Narc Husband for divorce and every time i see him i am filled with anger and hatred towards him and begin asking god how can he create such people who sucks out everything good left in us , sucks out our trust and ability to love again . All the lies my narc ever told me tears my heart apart . Sometimes i am angry and other times i am in fear.

I understand Gunjan07, the effects of a Narc can do just what you have described. Don't know when it will get better, but You have to start the healing phase for yourself. I would also suggest some professional counseling. As time goes by, the effects of a relationship such as the one we have experiences, gets better... You have to forgive yourself, him and ask God to forgive you for being Mad at Him. Love yourself like you never have before! All the Love that you pured out in the relationship with your Ex, pour it out on YOU! You deserve it! You are worthy of Love and in time you will receive the Love, Commitment, Honor, Adoration, and Trust that you deserve! They Hurt us! Ok... They TRIED to destroy us... But were still here! It's not over for us! We will he happy and healthy again!
