New Chair

I got my chair today and I love it! it's so comfy that I think I can fall asleep in it. I think I can fall asleep with anything at this point. I have therapy tomorrow, so I have to wake up early. This means going to bed early. I'm just in so much pain. My back pain has come back with a vengeance since I helped move the couch. If I wake up in the middle of the night I will do my p/t exercises... I don't have the energy to do them now. I barely have the energy to type... I just want to curl up in bed and go to sleep. 
I saw my real psych today. He wants me to make some changes, but stay on the same meds. He wants me to cut out the Depakote entirely and add in more Risperdal. I'm going to do that starting tonight. I have to go to the pharmacy tomorrow and pick up my pills. But since they are the same pills I've been taking, I can just take more of the ones I have now. Ah, the joys of medication roulette.
