New Beginnings

Step by step my dream seems to becoming a reality. The bank gave me approval to bid at the auction. The Real Estate agent is talking to the Vendor to find out if she would accept to settle at the end of the year and take a smaller deposit..
This is the first timing I am making a decision like this completely on my own. Not even my parents around to talk to. I feel desperate to talk to someone who has experience buying property. Then I remember, I am the person my friends come to when they need advice. I know the knowledge is inside of me, so I just need to find the quietness to listen to my innate wisdom. Things have unfolded in a surprising manner over the last week. I have to be grateful for what has happened to date and have faith the rest will be taken care of in the same way....
