Never take ‘for granted.’
I'm here in my room, under the covers because I have fever, aches and pains and dizziness. I am understanding that I may like a sensitively reasoned argument to life's questions and I care a lot but I also know I've got to care about my life and I also am learning to NEVER take for granted that people care. My friends and family have supported me and in turn it's my job, passion and conviction to reciprocate.
Keep on keeping on! You guys are special!!

Hope you feel better, Markus. Rest under the covers is my routine today. It’s cold cold cold out there!
Yes, learning to appreciate even the smallest of things and not taking precious moments for granted is a feather in the cap of gratitude and humility.
When I get down on myself (which is often as I deal with so many uncertainties) I value what things are in front of me and things I don’t need to externally chase to try and feel special somehow. Finding our tribe like your previous journal mentioned is a powerful thing.
Hugs.
Thanks Nikki! You are awesome!! Stay warm and safe!! Good night!!
This episode led me to some psychotic feelings but I spoke to my Dad and he helped me see sometimes I have a blind spot per my condition. Aka thinking I was alone. But as I then wrestled with the psychotic feelings I remembered to keep my feelings in perspective (I nearly lost that.) A people’s perspective. I also thought ‘people are not icons.’ They are all busy with their jobs and their evenings here and everywhere. Though I started to go down a wrong mental road, i realized that therapy will help me keep my mind in a good healthy position to keep on top of my emotions and feelings. I need that. Again people are not icons but just people. I feel so grateful for the communities I am a part of!!
Big hug sweetie....I hope that you get lots of rest and feel better soon
Big hug and a blessing sent...xo
Thanks Jan!
