Neurologist Visit

I went to see the neurologist today to take a look at my MRI to see if there was something in there causing migraines. He said it's not a brain tumor since they don't hurt nearly as much as a migraine. He's still going to have someone look over it. He gave me a refill of my new migraine medicine and suggested that we try and get the insurance company to give me botox injections around my head to cure the migraines. I don't think they are that bad, but I won't turn it down if it was offered.
I went for a short walk today (about a mile) and it felt great. I'm really hoping I'm not going to need surgery for my foot... I love walking and running. It just gets me out there, me, my music and my feet hitting the pavement. There's just something so calming about it. I wish I could go walk more, but I think I will have to stick to my mile for now. I have my MRI on the 31st and I hope that it shows some good news. I then have to make an appointment for the podiatrist to review it and see what needs to be done. I think I'm worrying over nothing. At least I hope so.

that\'s great that your news from the neurologist came back that way, I have never heard of botox injections for relief, try it and see. I couldn\'t agree more about walking, it definelty clears my head and calms me down. maybe your foot has a severe sprain, I have heard they hurt more then a broken one. get better soon, hugsss

what surgery for your foot?// I missed something here.
Glad you were able to get a walk in that made you feel good.
What medication do you take for migraines? Do you take it when you get the migraine
