Nervous
I am a nervous wreck today. Got something significant done but now I am at home, under a blanket in front of the tv. Weird. I also I went to make myself a usual meal for myself and it seemed odd and I wanted something better. Will hunker down here. Quite lonely but c’est la vie.

I often wonder if loneliness is simply a part of the natural human condition. My worst bouts of loneliness are in the company of other humans. Dunno. . . For sure, humans are all walking contradictions.

Personally I too am a little lonely. Dunno. I get nervous in crowds though. I hate excess noise. When I was younger and less inhibited, I did not mind crowded bars that much. Dunno. Hope you feel better Mark.
