need a break

Well, I have to change my smile thing to moderate. I yelled at a guy in a car today. He was speeding and my dogs jumped for his car because of the roar. If another car were coming, we would have been hit. I just lost with him. Ran a sign and just did not need to be so fast. I did not communicate those words. Swore at him to.
I suppose knowing there is an occassional bad temper in me is a good thing. Just wish there were a warning that came with. Darn it, I was just feeling better about things. On the way home from work I took a big breath and said enjoy the evening. It all went wierd.
I want a nice, easy day for once. Living at my Moms makes that ridiculous (nice easy day). When the time comes, we will have a baby sitter and take time out away from here. It is so getting old.

Well I think you need a break now - I am sure there is some reasons that you are not taking the time yet, but if you wait too long more emotional damage will occur to you and Mary, plus worse exhaustion. You have to have a smart game plan, and strategy, which includes taking care of you too :) hugssss
